Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Dolfinscribe, operated by Cetacean Nation LLC.

Billing

Paid Dolfinscribe plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and what's included are shown on our Pricing page before you subscribe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment, so no charges or refunds apply to it.
